Candle Care
The First Burn
Your candle's inaugural burn sets the foundation for its entire life. Allow the wax to melt completely to the edges of the vessel—a gentle process that typically unfolds over two to three hours. This patient beginning prevents tunneling and ensures an even, luminous burn throughout your candle's journey.
Tending the Wick
Before each lighting, trim the wick to approximately 5 millimetres. This simple ritual prevents excessive smoke, promotes a clean flame, and extends the life of your cherished candle.
The Perfect Burn
Allow your candle to burn for two to four hours at a time. This duration honours the candle's natural rhythm—neither too brief to create an uneven pool, nor so prolonged as to compromise its integrity.

- Keep away from breezes, little ones, and beloved pets
- Never leave a burning flame unattended
- Maintain a pristine wax pool, free from matches, wick remnants, and debris
- Retire your candle when approximately 10 millimetres of wax remains
Wax Melts
Using Your Heart-Shaped Wax Melts
Our clamshell heart-shaped wax melts are designed to fill your space with exquisite fragrance without the flame. Simply break off one or two hearts from the clamshell and place them in your wax warmer.
Optimal Fragrance
Begin with one heart and add more if you desire a stronger scent. The fragrance will gently diffuse throughout your room, creating a welcoming atmosphere. Each heart can be reused until the fragrance naturally fades.
Changing Scents
To change fragrances, allow the wax to cool and harden in your warmer. Once solid, gently press on one edge—the wax will pop out cleanly. Wipe the warmer dish with a soft cloth before adding your new scent.
Storage
Keep your wax melts in their clamshell packaging in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight to preserve their beautiful fragrance.
Reed Diffusers
Setting Up Your Diffuser
Remove the stopper from your diffuser bottle and carefully insert the reeds, allowing them to absorb the fragrant oil. Within a few hours, the scent will begin to gently permeate your space.
Enhancing the Fragrance
For a stronger scent, use more reeds. For a subtler ambiance, use fewer. Flip the reeds every few days to refresh the fragrance—simply turn them upside down, allowing the saturated end to release renewed scent into the air.
Placement
Position your diffuser in a space with gentle air circulation, such as an entryway or living area. Avoid placing near open windows, air vents, or direct sunlight, as these can cause the fragrance to dissipate too quickly.
Longevity
Your reed diffuser will gracefully scent your space for several weeks to months, depending on the environment. Replace the reeds if they become saturated or clogged to maintain optimal fragrance diffusion.
Care & Safety
Place your diffuser on a stable, protected surface as the oil may damage certain finishes. Keep away from children, pets, and open flames. Handle with care to avoid spills.
Soap Care
Preserving Your Soap
To extend the life of your luxurious soap, allow it to dry completely between uses. Place it on a well-draining soap dish away from direct water flow, ensuring the bar remains firm and long-lasting.
Storage
Store unused bars in a cool, dry place. If your soap contains essential oils or natural ingredients, keep it away from direct sunlight to preserve its exquisite fragrance and beneficial properties.
For Sensitive Skin
If you have sensitive skin, we recommend testing the soap on a small area first. Our natural formulations are gentle, but every skin is beautifully unique.
Laundry Booster
How to Use
Add one to two tablespoons of laundry booster directly to your washing machine drum along with your regular detergent. For heavily soiled items or larger loads, you may increase the amount accordingly.
Best Results
For optimal fragrance and freshness, use warm or hot water when possible. The booster works beautifully with both standard and high-efficiency machines.
Storage
Keep your laundry booster in its original container with the lid tightly sealed. Store in a cool, dry place away from moisture to maintain its potency and delightful scent.
Room Spray
Application
Hold the bottle upright and spray 2-3 times into the air, allowing the fine mist to settle naturally throughout your space. For linens and soft furnishings, spray lightly from approximately 30 centimetres away.
Best Practices
Avoid spraying directly onto delicate fabrics, finished wood surfaces, or electronics. Test on an inconspicuous area first if using on textiles.
Enhancing Your Space
For a lasting impression, spray in doorways and common areas. The fragrance will gently disperse as you move through your home, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

Shake and Vac (Carpet Freshener)
How to Use
Sprinkle generously over carpets, rugs, or upholstered furniture. Allow to sit for 15-20 minutes to absorb odours and release fragrance, then vacuum thoroughly.

For optimal freshness, use regularly on high-traffic areas. Test on a small, inconspicuous area first to ensure compatibility with your carpet or fabric.
Storage
Keep in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Ensure lid is tightly sealed to preserve fragrance.
Safety
Keep out of reach of children and pets. Avoid contact with eyes. If irritation occurs, rinse thoroughly with water.
Shelf Life
