At Amira Essence, we take pride in crafting each candle with care and attention to detail. Your satisfaction is important to us.
Returns
As our candles are made to order specifically for you, we are unable to accept returns on products that have been used or burned. However, if your candle arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence, and we will gladly arrange a replacement or refund.
Refunds
Refunds will be issued in the following circumstances:
- Your order arrives damaged during shipping
- You receive an incorrect item
- There is a manufacturing defect
Please note: Refunds cannot be provided for change of mind, scent preference, or after a candle has been lit.
How to Request a Return or Refund
Contact us through our website, Facebook, TikTok, or Instagram within 7 days of receiving your order. Please include:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged or defective item
- A brief description of the issue
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to your original payment method.
Change of Mind
As each candle is handcrafted to order, we cannot accept returns for change of mind. Please choose carefully when placing your order.
